Kiierr Website Design
I was tasked with redesigning the UX/UI of a struggling online Hair retailer(Kiierr). By conducting thorough user research and usability testing, I identified key pain points and areas for improvement. I implemented a more intuitive navigation system, enhanced product search functionality, and optimized the checkout process. These changes resulted in a significant increase in customer satisfaction and a boost in sales.

I developed a sleek, responsive website that showcases repair services and products, integrates an easy-to-use eCommerce platform, and includes features like online booking and customer reviews. The new website significantly increased online traffic and sales, enhancing the client’s business growth and establishing a strong online presence in the phone repair industry.
